The Conservation Authority is seeking a janitorial service contractor to provide regular cleaning services at 3 locations beginning in April, 2023. They include:

1. Mabel Davis Administrative Office, 120 Bayview Parkway, Newmarket
   (9,620ft2 Upper Level, 9,464ft Lower Level, 19,100ft2 including both levels)
2. Scanlon Creek Operations Centre, 2450 9th Line, Bradford
   (7,900ft2 Upper Level, 670ft Lower Level, 8,570ft2 including both levels)
3. Scanlon Creek Nature Centre, 2450 9th Line, Bradford
   (2,800 ft2)

Cleaning services are to be provided four times weekly at the Administrative Office and Operations Centre as detailed in Appendix 1. Cleaning is to occur after regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday) and at any time on weekends. Cleaning is required each day Monday through Wednesday, and once Thursday through Sunday.

Cleaning services are to be provided on an as-needed basis at the Nature Centre, as detailed in Appendix 2. Cleanings are to occur after regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday) and at any time on weekends (unless notification of weekend bookings is provided).

The cleaning duties required for each facility are included in Appendices 1 and 2 and include daily, weekly, monthly and annual tasks.
