The Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority is seeking submissions from qualified vendors for the development of a long term (20 to 25 year) Master Plan for a newly acquired property, the Lake Simcoe Conservation Preserve. This property is comprised of 5 land parcels totaling 360 hectares within the Town of Georgina, and is currently undeveloped containing wetlands, marshes, forests, and agricultural fields. The Master Plan development should include consultation/ engagement with all partners including Indigenous Communities, development of concept designs, and detailing a selected design for the property to be implemented.
